I offer this service, so that you or your group can gain advice on how to improve your running or even begin to run. Usually these are done on a one off basis but if you require a regular slot a time & location can be arranged to suit us all.

A 1hr session would include a warm up jog, dynamic stretching, speedwork, followed by a cool down & stretching if time allows. All advice summerised in an email.
Speedwork may be Farllek (Swedish word for speedplay) hillwork, tempo run or intervals.
Hi Tim, Yes, I'm fine. I did still run the next day (yes, on that treadmill!!!) Looked like rain Just back from a run, and I am getting quicker, it used to take over 60 mins, now down to 54 mins (inc 2 stops). And Ive already started doing those dynamic stretches. I will try to run tomorrow off treadmill, not many places for running in Whitfield!!! (or bushes). I will contact Linda, thanks. I must book a session with you for my hamstring (still aches), I'll email you from work. Thanks for your help (and making me do those hill sprints!)
