Strapping & taping can be useful in the rehabilitation stages of conditions such as;

Patella Tendon
Ankle

Stretching

The aims of stretching are to gently lengthen muscles before & after all forms of exercise, to improve tissue elasticity / flexibility. If done correctly, stretching will help prevent injuries and increase athletic performance.

I thought Saturday's stretching session was good and I felt definite
improvement (more flexible) in the movements during my evening training.
Certain areas are difficult to loosen up and it was a definite shift in
the right direction.
