So nice to see the mornings getting lighter, means (for me) less time running with the head torch. Plus I can see my dog as we enjoy our off-road running together! Running has been part of my life for too many years to count, I'm now at the stage it's very much about fitness & health. Although I do like to look back on my competitive days with fond memories.
